The Clark Collection Philosophy "As people who travel extensively ourselves we prefer to seek out the small and personal rather than the big and packaged. A place one can truly call home has so much more appeal than even the most impressive of hotel rooms. The properties contain our own furniture, our own artworks and our own special mementos from many years of travelling and collecting. Each property is fully self contained and yours to call home for the duration of your stay. We are happy to help with itinerary planning either before you arrive or while you are in residence. We hope you will have the opportunity to stay in one or more of the properties and we are sure you will enjoy The Collection as much as we do."

Each property is available on a sole-occupancy basis with a two night minimum stay. Tariff includes a first morning breakfast basket. Daily housekeeping and private catering can be organized at an additional charge. (Housekeeping is included at Cranmer.) Payment & Cancellation A deposit of the first night's rental secures your booking. If you cancel within 30 days of your visit this deposit will not be refunded. All nights booked will be charged in full if cancelled within 7 days of your visit. Full replacement cost will be charged for any loss or damage. Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. No pets. Smoking permitted outdoors only. Membership of "Friends of The Clark Collection" Your Contribution to New Zealand’s Art and Heritage. The Clark Collection supports two significant New Zealand scholarships in art and heritage. All guests at The Clark Collection properties must first become “Friends of The Clark Collection”, a non profit organisation for the support of New Zealand’s built heritage and arts.
