Each property is
available on a sole-occupancy basis with a two night minimum stay.
Tariff includes a first morning breakfast basket. Daily housekeeping
and private catering can be organized at an additional charge.
(Housekeeping is included at Cranmer.)
Payment
& Cancellation
A deposit of the
first night's rental secures your booking. If you cancel within 30 days
of your visit this deposit will not be refunded. All nights booked will
be charged in full if cancelled within 7 days of your visit. Full replacement
cost will be charged for any loss or damage.

No pets. Smoking permitted outdoors only.
Membership of "Friends of The Clark Collection"
Your Contribution to New Zealand’s Art and Heritage.
The Clark Collection supports two significant New Zealand scholarships in art and heritage.
All guests at The Clark Collection properties must first become “Friends of The Clark Collection”, a non
profit organisation for the support of New Zealand’s built heritage and arts.
Membership is by invitation only and membership fees of $10 per visit are included in the first night’s
rental.
