for up to six people. Located above Oriental Bay with
superb panoramic views of Wellington Harbour and the capital
city, it is only four minutes by car from the heart of
Wellington. Ten minutes to the Airport or the far end
of the City with the Beehive, seat of New Zealand's Parliament,
Government facilities and regional sports stadium.
The Villa adjoins the City's green belt and is an ideal location to base yourself for a visit to New Zealand's cultural and political capital. Close to Wellington's national museum, Te Papa, and the entertainment, theatre and restaurant district.
Features and Facilities:
This restored 1904 Victorian Villa showcases superb native timbers and many original design features. Situated in an acre of native garden, access is down a walkway and steps. Native birds, superb sculpture, tranquility, privacy and security and spectacular vistas can be enjoyed.
Palliser House accommodation and entertainment facilities are laid out on one level. There are three double bedrooms, one with a super king, and two with queen size beds and two character bathrooms with modern facilities, one ensuite with stunning views over Wellington harbour.

The sitting room, with Victorian fireplace, adjoins an enclosed balcony with panoramic views over the City and its harbour.

$490 - $690 + gst for 4 persons
$50 pp per night up to 6 persons.
